Entries
The maximum number of teams is 36. Each team consists of 3 dogs and their handlers and a reserve dog can be added if desired. Reserve dog must be named before the entry closes or in case of cancellations no dog changes can be made.
National teams
Each country can delegate a maximum of 3 national teams. In case the maximum number of 36 teams is not reached, the remaining number of openings will be offered to the participating countries to enter free teams. Last year’s winning team is automatically invited to defend their title.
Entry fee
The entry fee is EURO 375 per team.
Entry fee includes:
- Participation
- Welcoming reception on Friday 21.07.2017 evening for the 3 main team members
- Lunches in the field on Saturday 22.7.2017 and Sunday 23.7.2017 for the 3 main team members
If there is a reserve dog or a team captain without dog, the welcoming reception and/or lunches must be ordered separately. Notice that dinner on Saturday evening is NOT included in the entry fee and must be ordered beforehand.
The payment details and instructions will be e-mailed to the Team Captain upon registration. The entries must be submitted through the form below.
Deadlines
June 1st is the last date for national clubs to enter their number of teams. Please inform us also if the national club would like to enter more than 3 teams. Number of teams is asked to enter by e-mail to: 2017iwt(at)gmail.com
June 15th is the last date for national clubs to enter and register their teams: names of the dogs and handlers incl. reserve dog.

Free teams
If there are still available openings after June 15th, participating countries will be asked to enter free teams until June 23rd. After that there will be a draw amongst the free teams. Entered free teams are informed about the draw's results etc. common information June 26th.
